Add a leg for each side of the parlay in American odds. Every leg has to land — miss one and the ticket is dead, which is why the payout climbs so fast.
These are true multiplied odds. Most apps pay slightly less on a parlay than this — if your book's number is lower, that gap is the house's cut.
Put both sides of a moneyline in and see what each pays, plus how much the book is holding. The no-vig column is the fair price with the house's cut stripped out — if you think the real number is better than that, you have an edge.
