Three minutes of groundwork. How a price is written, why we count in units instead of dollars, and the rules we grade ourselves by.

Units

Why we count in units

A unit is one percent of your bankroll, whatever that number is for you. Betting in units instead of dollars keeps every capper's record comparable and keeps one bad night from mattering too much.

  • 1u — a normal play.
  • 2u — high confidence. Rare.
  • 0.5u — a lean, not a stand.

How we grade

Picks post at least 30 minutes before first pitch with the line attached. If the line moves, the posted number is what gets graded. Pushes count as no action. Everything is settled and published by 11 AM ET the next day.

Nobody here deletes a losing pick. If you ever find one missing, tell us.
